Deep Connection Starts Here: Brainspotting in a Group Setting

You’ve Done the Work—Now It’s Time to Go Deeper

You’ve read the books. You’ve listened to the podcasts. Maybe you’ve been in therapy, attended workshops, or explored your attachment style. You understand the patterns holding you back in relationships, in work, in life—but breaking free from them? That’s another story.

You’re ready for more than awareness. You’re ready for real, embodied change. That’s exactly what this 8-week Group Brainspotting Coaching Program is designed to offer—a space where you can move beyond old relational patterns, learn to trust yourself and others, and experience the deep connection you’ve been craving.

Why Group Brainspotting?

Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. We are wired for connection, yet many of us have spent a lifetime protecting ourselves from it. Brainspotting in a group setting creates an opportunity to explore and heal your attachment wounds, relational patterns, and emotional blocks—all while being seen, supported, and held in a safe space.

Through this program, you will:

  • Experience Brainspotting in a way that deepens self-awareness and connection with others

  • Move past the unconscious blocks that keep you stuck in repetitive relationship cycles

  • Practice co-regulation and nervous system healing within a supportive group

  • Shift from intellectual understanding to embodied transformation

  • Learn tools you can use in your daily life to cultivate deeper, healthier relationships

This Isn’t Just Another Group—It’s an Experience

This program is designed for people who are committed to the process. Over the course of 8 weeks, you’ll show up for yourself and for others, leaning into the kind of deep healing that can’t happen in isolation.

Each session will be guided by Miranda Palmer, M.S., Brainspotting Practitioner and Holistic Guide. With a background in psychology, trauma therapy, and somatic healing, Miranda’s work bridges the gap between evidence-based practices and intuitive, energy-based healing.

She helps people move beyond intellectual processing and into actual transformation—creating an experience that blends Brainspotting, nervous system regulation, and relational skill-building in a way that is completely customized to the group’s unique needs.

Frequently Asked Questions About Not Group therapy in San Diego County | Oceanside, CA

  • Therapy also known as psychotherapy is at its base level focused on treating mental health conditions. In fact, in most, if not all cases, in order for therapy to be covered by your insurance, you are required to be diagnosed with a mental health condition and to have significant impairment in your life BECAUSE of this major mental health diagnosis.

    Coaching is not focused

  • I believe in the deep power for people to experience joy, bliss, and connection in their day to day life.

Therapy should be helping people experience more of this in their day to day lives. But, for many people therapy is another wounding.

At its core, I think the idea of therapy is beautiful, that is why I became a licensed therapist all those years ago.

In the reality, the system as it currently stands is broken. The focus should always be on helping hte person in front of. you. It should be a cocreated experience that actually works- not just on paper but in people’s real lives.

  • The biggest problem is that a large majority of people on the planet don’t actually qualify for a mental health diagnosis- and our broken system is currrently centered around diagnosing individuals.

Furthermore, the diagnostic criteria are problematic, insufficient, and just plain inaccurate for entire populations, cultures, and more.

While a mental health diagnosis in theory is focused on people getting better access to care, many people find that this diagnosis can lead to judgment, stigma, and reduced access to care.

Mental health diagnosis can also impact your insurance premiums, eligibility for health insurance, short-term and long-term care insurance, and much more.

In short, the system in broken.

You don’t need a made up diagnosis as much as you need healing, support, and direction.

While understanding neurodivergence is powerful- a diagnosis, or a lack thereof isn’t what anyone is looking for…

You are looking to figure out how to navigate life in a way that works for you, that allows for easeful connections, community, life, health, and employment in a way that works for your unique history, brain, and goals.

While being diagnosed with c-PTSD can be informative, what would be MORE helpful would be access to care that works as quickly as possible so you can move through trauma in a way that is doesn’t become “stuck” in your body and heart.

Coaching, reiki, brainspotting, and spiritual mentoring don’t wait for, or require a mental health diagnosis to provide you the care and direction you need in this moment.

That said, as a former therapist with a Master’s Degree in Psychology- when/if discussions of diagnosis are helpful or you are desiring a referring for diagnostic evaluation I am skilled in directing you to really amazing humans who can help with that.
